Current plot
Many years ago Xavier's school for gifted mutants was attacked. It was left in ruin. Teachers and students abandoned it with no hope of returning to it for sanctuary...

Years later a professor named Jason Andrews returned life to the school's halls and rebuilt its walls. Students have once again come to learn at the school in safety.

Many other mutants aren't quite so lucky. Some still remain hidden in the shadows and some within factions like the brotherhood are left leaderless.

Rachel Mason

PostSubject: Down the Memory Lane (PG)   Sat Jun 29, 2013 9:17 am

Rachel stood with her head hanging low and looking at her feet. "Rachel, there are no good people in the world. All of us are sinners, all of us. Your parents included." said Jesijah. He was he man who manipulated Rachel into believing everyone was evil and they should all be eradicated. Rachel looked up at the man, emotionless and took a big army knife from his hand. Then, she slowly walked to her house. There was no anger and no resistance in Rachel's mind, she was like a mushroom.

Opening the door to the house and walking upstairs to where her parents slept, Rachel pushed the door as it swung. Just standing there, Rachel tried to think what she was doing was right. ...There are no good people in the world. Walking closer up to her mother, Rachel raised her hand, then hesitated. ...All of us are sinners. All of us. With a swift slice, Rachel ran the knife across her mother's throat. The next minute she did the same to her father.

With a knife in her hand, blood dripped to the ground as she dropped it and started to walk away. But before she was able to leave SWAT burst through the windows and Rachel screamed.

Rachel woke up as she sat up in her bed. Those damn nightmares.
"Miss Mason, is everything alright?" asked Stephan as he looked at her. Pushing her hair back, Rachel tried to control her panting.
"Yes, yes, Stephan. I am fine." said Rachel.
"You screamed that's why I came in." said Stephan, looking worried.
"Would you do me a favor and call Xavier's, hopefully Jason didn't go to sleep yet," said Rachel as she stood up and threw a jacket over her shoulders. She need to sort out her mess of a past and the only way she could was to face it.

Jason kicked his legs on the desk and has been reading for the past two hours. Silence all through out the building except ocassional running feet and laughing kids who has not have gone to sleep yet. But it didn't disturb Jason in a slightest. Only when he heard something shatter then it caught his attention and he was forced to put his book down. As he stood up and started to walk toward the door, the phone rang. Could be Sara telling him she was going to be late or it could be wrong number.
"Hello," said Jason.
"Hi, Mr. Andrews, this is Stephan calling, Rachel's butler. She has asked me to call you and ask you to come over see her. There's something wrong with her."
"What's wrong with her?"
"I don't know, sir. But it seems her past might be haunting her.--"
In the background, Jason could hear.
"Wait, Steph, I am going to stop by Xavier's myself."
"She's coming to you, sir."

Abruptly the conversation ended and the line was cut off. Jason held the phone for a minute and then put it back in place, finally getting back to his task.
