Rachel was racing to the scene of the report. She always have been tuning into the police radios to see if any of them needed assistance. Rachel knew that she was a wanted by the NY police department, but she couldn't resist the rush and adrenaline that came with her job.
As she was zipping through streets of New York on her Cobra, she tried very hard not to slow down but at the same time not to run over any civilians, that would not look good for her. All Rachel knew was that there was a dark hole opening up by the factories, and she long have made her choice that it was a mutant's handy work.

Seeing how much mess there was from the hole and building were just collapsing on their own, Rachel took no time to try and negotiate with whoever was behind this mess. She pulled out her chakram and threw it at the girl, hopping it would hit her and come back to her as it always did.
"Don't you have better things to do with your time?" said Rachel as she took defensive stance, ready to fight if she needed to.
