Current plot
Many years ago Xavier's school for gifted mutants was attacked. It was left in ruin. Teachers and students abandoned it with no hope of returning to it for sanctuary...

Years later a professor named Jason Andrews returned life to the school's halls and rebuilt its walls. Students have once again come to learn at the school in safety.

Many other mutants aren't quite so lucky. Some still remain hidden in the shadows and some within factions like the brotherhood are left leaderless.

nWo Gym.... Harper looked at the card again, before looking up and spotting the gym from the card in front of her. "Guess this is the place..." she said to no one as she walked in the front door. It had been a few days since she met that mysterious man, Anarchy, at the mall cafe, and, surprisingly, she was looking forward to working out in a new place. Her agent had given her the usual warnings about going out and about, being who she was, and this time she simply waved his concerns away. As the near past had proven, it didn't matter where she went or what she did, people who knew her, knew her, and there wasn't anything she could do about it.

Harper's blue and white sneakers squeaked slightly on the clean floor as she made her way to the front desk. She had chosen her dark blue capri-yoga pants with a matching blue and grey razor back top for today's workout. Setting her bag down, she signed in and filled out all the needed paperwork for someone's first visit, and potential membership. Heading towards a set of mats, Harper smiled and winked at the many eyes that followed her as she passed by.

After a small stretching warm-up, Harper grabbed a skipping rope from the many that hung on hooks nearby, and began the beginning of one of her favorite routines....

While everyone went about their daily routines at the gym, Archard was in his own part of the gym. A place only he, Niko and Natalie were allowed to enter, although Natalie had never entered it. It was sound proof, so no one heard Archard's yells of frustration when he was unable to fulfill a task.

That day, Arch had set up several brick walls, and he sat in the middle of the room. Once a timer began, he pounced on each of the walls, before landing back into the place he was sitting at. The clock reached zero, and the walls turned into dust. Archard grinned, before grabbing a cold coke from his mini fridge, and walking outside.

"Look at that ass..." Archard heard a gym member say. Once he looked over at where the guy was staring at, he smiled. So she did come to visit his gym.

Now Archard had to summon her attention somehow. And he had just the way to do so. Using her shadow, he tapped her ass, while drinking his coke. That would surely make her notice him!

Harper continued to skip rope for the amount of time she normally did, and once reached, she slowed to a stop. Hanging the rope slightly out of breath, she bent over to pull out her water bottle and a light blue towel from her bag. Look at that ass... Rolling her eyes at the comment, she stood up and dabbed at the the light sheen of sweat on her face before tossing the towel back onto her bag. She undid the cap on her water and, putting it to her lips, took a drink. As she drank, she felt someone tap her backside. Swallowing quickly, she turned, expecting to see one of the many men imagining her naked behind the rude touch. Fully ready to throw her water bottle at the one responsible, she was surprised to see no one... The closest one to her was too far away to have touched her and then be not there.

Seeing her shadow move not with her, Harper was reminded of the day at the mall when a shadow gave her the card for this place. Could he be here? Lowering her posed arm holding her water, she scanned the room for Anarchy. It wasn't long before she spotted him. She smiled coyly at him and waved a finger in a 'naughty boy' fashion before taking another draw from her water bottle.

Archard grinned once Harper finally set her eyes on him. He shook his head playfully, before crushing the coke by clenching his fist. He hurled it at the basket, and everyone set their eyes on the crushed can. It hit the basket perfectly, and everyone whistled. It was normal of Archard to show of his skills to those who frequented his gym. Why? Because he liked to show why he was the owner. Why he was the best!

Then, a massive man came in. He picked up two dumbbells before even speaking to anyone. Archard eyed him carefully, as he spoke with his receptionist. Soon, the dumbbells were hurled at the wall, and the man had kicked down another male. Archard quickly ran in, and before they could start a fight, he stepped in between them. "Oie, none of this shall happen in my gym! Understood?" he said, trying to let the other members keep on going with their usual routines.

The massive man set a hand on Archard's shoulder, and tried to push him. Archard didn't even move an inch, and grinned. His fist was suddenly on the man's face, and he crushed his nose, sending the man flying against a wall. Walking towards the man after he fell to the floor, Arch knelled next to him, and smirked, "Anyone that thinks they're smart, this will happen to you as well. Maybe even worse. Depending on my mood!" he said, before picking the man up by his forearm and throwing him outside the gym, before starting to walk back to his private gym. Of course, the usual members already knew Archard usually did this on a regular basis, but the new ones should surely be surprised. But that was the one rule his gym had. Never, act like you're better than the owner. It will just bring you injuries and pain...

Harper gave a mock clap as she watched the crushed can fall into the wastebasket like it was nothing. Setting her bottle down, she was about to walk over to him when a beast of a man entered the gym like he owned the place. After watching the events unfold, Harper was stunned by the reaction Anarchy had used towards him. But, then again, he was the owner and he set the rules of what would and would not be tolerated. At seeing many of the others not really seem surprised, she figured that what he said was pretty much understood among them all.

As he headed for a different area, Harper quickly grabbed her bag with one hand and her water bottle with the other and went after him. "Nicely handled," she said as she reached Anarchy. "This is quite the gym you have here," she added with a smile.

As Archard reached his personal 'gym', he walked to the fridge, picking up a bottle of red-bull. He opened it with his teeth, and began to drink it, as he heard Harper come in and speak, "Was never ma' plan ya know," he replied, "Mother gave me the money, this was something I needed for myself, so, just came with the wind I guess," he said, chugging down the rest of the red-bull, before placing the can in the thrash. He snapped his fingers, and two of the workers closed the doors that lead to the other gym, as Archard approached Harper, his shadow towering over her. He swiftly placed his hand on her chin, looking into her eyes, "Tell me, pretty eyes, you gonna start coming here more often?" he asked letting out a vile chuckle afterwards.

Harper gave one more look around the gym as Anarchy told her how he came by it. Of all the gyms she had been a member to, this one was by far her favorite. His snapping fingers made her bring her eyes back to him before hearing the door behind her close. As he approached her, her bright blue eyes moved to the towering shadow over her. He was like her, only the opposite to her it seemed. Feeling his hand under her chin, she brought her eyes to meet his. Just looking into his eyes made her knees feel weak. The chuckle that followed his question, made her grin darkly. "Maybe I will... Would you like that?" she all but purred. Being in his shadow, Harper thought maybe she should should a little of herself, too. Allowing the light in the room to dim and draw to her, she focused the light to focus mostly across her face allowing all her features to seems to glow while her eyes and hair were brighter than any sunny summer day.

Running his hand around her torso over her shirt, he looked at her with lust in his eyes. The light only brought out her features more, and it only lead Archard to believe she was that beautiful, "Like that?" he asked, his lips being an inch away from hers, "I'd love that," he said breathlessly, before letting her go abruptly and turning back to his weights. Picking two of them up, he glanced at her once more, "You can also train here...with me, alone," he said with a flashy grin.

Harper half expected Anarchy to kiss her being so close as he spoke. His touch on her torso made her all but shiver before he turned away and picked up some weights. She let the light fade from her features and smiled at his offer. "So.... Like a personal trainer? Private workouts and such?" she said coyly, setting her bag down and walking over to where he was. Leaning against the wall, she watched as he began working with the ones he selected as she ran a finger over another resting on the rack.

Pulling his weights, his veins pumped, and sweat broke, as he huffed to pull them up. Each weight had 510 lbs, and Archard was pushing himself to a new level after training for weeks with simply 507,5 lbs on each weight. Together, he was pulling 1020 lbs, but to Harper, it probably looked as if it was much lighter, since Archard was pulling them with relative ease. "Yeah workouts. Different kinds of workouts," he said with a grin.

Giving her hair a small toss at his response, Harper nodded. Seeing his muscles tighten and sweat break out across his brow, she couldn't help but be taken with just how powerful he truly was. Moving back to her bag, she opened the canvas pouch that held her personal yoga mat and unrolled it next to the weight station. Removing her shoes and socks, she began with some simple breathing exercises before moving into other poses that stretched and relaxed the body. "And, what kinds of workouts do you think someone like me would need?" she teased, sneaking a glance back at him over her shoulder.

"You'd need a good st-..." his voice was cut halfway through by the sensation of his arms falling off. He shut his eyes, as he did all kinds of efforts to keep weights where they were. He didn't groan, nor shout. Noise was what toke his focus away. Breathing deeply, he pushed them over his head, before hurling them both away. Once they fell in the ground, they broke through it, and fell down in the basement. Archard sighed, and whistled loudly, as two men came in, ready to fix the damages before the professionals were contacted. "You'd need a good stretch," he said with a grin.

Seeing the look on his face as his sentence stopped mid-way, Harper relaxed her stretching, letting her feet plant firmly and her arms drop slowly. We Anarchy gave the weights a toss and they crashed through the floor, she was stunned. The weights didn't look as heavy as they were, apparently... Shifting her gaze to the men that entered and set to work on the hole in the floor, she was, again, impressed with the well oiled machine this gym was proving to be. "A good stretch? Better than what I've been doing?" Harper questioned, playfully, turning her bright eyes on him and returning to her stretching, moving into a half moon pose.

Slowly rubbing his biceps and triceps, Archard chuckled at Harper. "Woman, I bet you with one member of my body, I'd stretch you twice as much as any little position of yoga would," he said teasingly. His veins were starting to lower down, back to their normal position. His arms were lowering as well, being less pumped each second. He was glad his body could shift so quickly, but it was mostly because of how he was used to shifting from Archard to Anarchy, and vice versa. His body faced two changes, his eyes and ears, and that gave him a sensation of what really stretching his body was about. So he had no problems with such things anymore. "By the way, Harper Beckett, you should know my real name," he said, knelling next to her, "Archard Kaaos," he stated with a flashy smirk.

His comment about his being able to stretch her much further than any yoga could made Harper chuckle. "Oh I bet you could..." she teased back before moving into the sage half bound lotus position. She watched as he knelt next to her and noticed his body seeming to relax or settle back to normal. Maybe something to do with his mutation... Archard Kaaos A smile touched her face as her blue eyes lit up. "I like that name much better than Anarchy. Although, both certainly seem to fit you perfectly," she mused glancing with her eyes to the floor that was being repaired.

The noise the men covering up the hole ,Archard had made, made made Archard cringe. He hated noise, unless it was related to chaos. And now, it was not. It was exactly the contrary and that simply made him less and less content, "They both belong to me, I guess," he responded, glaring at the men fixing the hole.

Archard's cringe as he looked to the men fixing the floor caught Harper's attention. Looking past him to the men and back to him, she unfolded herself and lowered herself onto her mat. Laying down with her knees bent, feet planted, her blue eyes smiled. "You seem like you would benefit from some yoga. It would relax you..." she said calmly as she drew her fingers down his strong arm. Men often didn't think yoga was for them. Not man enough.... But, it was soothing to the mind and the body. Something he seemed to be in need of.

"Relaxing kills me. I need to work out. Or move. I relax, I die a bit inside. Understood?" he asked, letting a small grin come to his face. Relaxing was never on his schedule. He was a busy a man, who had a lot on his table. He lead a group of mutants that were just about ready to kill every single living thing. How someone like that relax?

Harper gave Archard a small smile and shrug as she sat up and crossed her legs. "To each their own, I guess. You just seem tense, and I thought I'd offer that as an idea to.....unwind your mind a bit," she said softly. She hadn't expected that kind of answer from him, but, then again, he seemed more like the pumping iron kind of guy. And, really, Harper liked that about him. It added to his overly handsome look. "So, when do my training sessions start? Next time I come in, or now?" Harper asked with a coy smile and tiltig her head slightly. Then, something occured to her.... If Archard knew who she was, did he know about her being like him, a mutant? Very, very few did... So, it would surprise her if he actually did know.

His mind ran as the noise got louder and louder, "My mind unwinds whenever I kill, so I don't need relaxation exercises," he said, before grinning chaotically. Harper had already witnessed Archard execute someone, but she never saw him doing it when he was enraged. He didn't even kill like that when he fought Gavin, because then, he was just having way too much fun to get angry.  "Next time, as right now, I'd probably kill you with the rage I'm feeling," he replied, adding a vile chuckle afterwards. Anarchy was begging to jump out, and Archard was truly having a hard time keeping him in, so having a spar partner around wouldn't be good.

Harper's smile faltered slightly at hearing that killing atually helped to relax him. Thinking back to the coffee shop when they first met, she shivered slightly when she remembered that he had killed the waitress for simply telling her that he asked for her to pick up his tab. Next time... Harper's bright eyes locked onto his as she began to see what almost looked like....conflict....in his eyes. His comment about her meeting her demise should she begin training with him today thanks to what he was feeling inside. Her bright blue eyes darkened slightly as her defenses began to creep up at his warning. "Very well. Next time," she said moving to get to her feet and pausing half-way there. Wetting her lips slightly, Harper remembered what his kiss was like at their first meeting, but he was mostly shadow. Now, he was all here.... Don't be stupid, Harper...

Against her own better judgement, Harper leaned in and lightly kissed Archard on the lips. Pulling away, she smiled slightly, eyes still darkened, and got to her feet. Moving to the foot of her mat, she crouched down to roll it up, and then tucked it into her bag. Looking back at him, she asked, "What date, time, and where?"
