Fallon looked around her room and sighed due to the mess her music has made. Her laptop played one of her new tunes but still needed plenty of editing but she was too tense to do so. ''Don't need another angry tune now would we?'' She whispered to herself. She was wearing her PJ's and decided to go wander around. Fallon began getting dressed whilst listening to Guns N Roses.

Slipping on her BEATS, Fallon slipped out of her room and made her way to the fountain with her ash colored guitar in hand. It was early in the morning so most people were asleep or in the kitchen so before she left the building she grabbed a bright red apple and bit into it as she closed the door. The air was bitter, harsh but to Fallon it felt normal due to her Cyrokinesis and whenever she got cold her pyrokinesis warmed her up but that was a rare occasion.

Sitting on the end of the fountain, Fallon rested her guitar on the edge and crossed her legs allowing herself to drown in the sounds of Imagine Dragons. Minutes past before Fallon's emotions finally took over. Anger...sadness...fear..all took over and she picked up her guitar and began playing Prostitute by Guns N roses. Opening her mouth, she began to sing.

''Seems like forever and a day
If my intentions are misunderstood
Please be kind
I've done all I should
I won't ask of you
What I would not do
Oh, I saw the damage in you
My fortunate one
The envy of youth

Why would they tell me
To please those
That laugh in my face
When all of the reasons
They've taught us
Fall over themselves
To give way''

Fallon kept on singing and playing with a small smile on her face and a furrow of her brow. Due to it being early morning, her soft voice traveled in the wind so anyone close enough could hear her. The gloves on her hands allowed her to be able to touch thanks to Briana showing her. Her friend brought Fallon confidence but there still is that fear of hurting people.

A small girl, no older than 12 was around the fountain blending in as she usually did around here.  She wore a cute little black dress that really didn't look that great on her skin when she let it return to its scaly forest green shade.  She listened to the music and smiled.  She always loved when others played music around here.  It brought life to the place.

She let herself be seen, and slowly changed her skin color to a pale normal human skin shade.  Her eyes were bright red as she watched the mutant in front of her play.  A smile came to her lips as her forked tongue slipped out for a split second.  Charity was known around the Mansion for being the girl on the ceiling.  It was rare for her to come outside, but today just seemed like a good day.

"That is very pretty song miss.  What do you call it?"  Charity asked with a child like curiosity.  She smiled, her skin changing back to its normal form.  She couldn't always keep it normal color when she got excited.  She liked the song, dancing to it a bit.

Fallon's senses were on low when she sang and played so when the young girl walked towards her, she immediately stopped playing. Looking up with a furrowed brow, she watched as the girl changed her skin to a forest green. Mutant...Dermakinesis. Where have i seen this girl before? She thought to herself with a bite of her lip. The question met her ears and she smiled. ''Prostitute by Guns N roses...'' She said softly with a very small smile.

Despite finding a way to touch people, the fear still stood...and so did the fear of no one wanting to talk to her. This child obviously didn't know what she's done. Leaning back, she gently ran her hand through the fountain water which resulted the water to freeze where she touched. Heating the ice up, it steamed and ran normally. ''You're...Charity aren't you? Everyone talks about you...The girl on the ceiling'' She said with a raise of her eyebrow after it finally came to her.

Charity smiled when Fallon told her what the songs name was.  She had enjoyed it a lot.  When Fallon had recognized who she was, a small frown appeared on her face.  She knew most of the others thought of her as the orphan of the mansion.  She was mocked by it a lot.  But no matter, this was a teenager and they didn't mock the younger ones that much.

"Yea that's me.  What can I say, I like to be upside down on the ceiling to read." She said with a childish giggle.  She twirled her body slightly as a child would do when excited and spoke again.

"What's your name miss?" Charity asked with a smile, flicking her tongue out as a habit.  She really wanted the young woman to keep playing, but was too shy to ask.  Conversations were better.  She got to learn more about others that way.

Fallon stared at the young girl with curiosity. She had heard the older kids talk about this girl and how she was pretty young when she was dropped off at the Institute. ''You're not like the gossips i've heard that's for sure.'' She mumbled and put her Dr. Dre beat headphones around her neck. Looking over the girl, she really was childish. Usually when someone gets bullied, they are shown to have more maturity but not in this case.

The question of her name shocked her a little and she shuffled the guitar to get into a more comfortable position. ''Name's Fallon.'' She said before hearing the song change on her beats to a more mellow song. Softly tapping the guitar, she raised her eyebrow. ''What ya doing out this early anyway?'' She asked gently.

Charity smiled when Fallon said that she wasn't like what the others had said about her.  She liked to prove others wrong.  It made her very happy and her skin turned back to a regular normal kids shade if not a bit paler.

"Thank you.  Nice to know you don't see me as that orphan."  She said with her smile still on her lips as her tongue flicked out in habit. "It's nice to meet you Miss Fallon."  Charity said, keeping the miss in the name.  She knew to respect those older than herself.  It was a way to not get yourself in trouble.

"I'm always up early.  It's the best time of the day.  No one else is around usually so I can get a good jog around or walk around.  I like being alone in the morning.  I don't have many friends... they all think I'm strange."  Charity said and looked down.  Her blonde hair changed to blue as if it was mimicking her feelings before it changed back to blonde.

She looked up at Fallon and to the guitar. "Can you play another song?  I really enjoyed the first one.  You're talented."

Fallon frowned slightly. ''Many people are orphans in fact. I believe most of the people in this place is an orphan.'' She said bluntly. The woman did not mention herself as one for family was something she could not remember. Rubbing the scar on her temple, she shuffled again, putting one foot on the ground and putting the other under her knee. ''Please just call me Fallon.'' She said with a scrunched up nose due to her dislike of being called Miss.

''That is true...The mornings here are lovely. No bullies out to get me...'' Fallon muttered and snapped out of her trance. ''Ya get to do whatever you want in the morning but i usually just stay in my dorm anyway.'' She admitted with a shrug and plucked at the strings on her guitar. ''Don't worry. I don't have many friends either.'' Fallon noted the blue hair before it turned back to blonde. Blushing at the compliment, she thought of what she could play and a smile formed on her face. ''Yeah i can play another song and thank you.'' Getting her guitar back onto her lap properly, Fallon tucked her hair behind her ear with a small smile.
And she began to play....

Charity listened to her say that most of the mutants here were orphans, and simply said,
"But none were left here as a baby because their mom and dad thought they were a freak." She frowned and smiled when Fallon said she liked the mornings too.

The little pre-teen sat down next to Fallon as she spoke about not having many friends either and put her hand onto Fallon's in a way of friendly comfort.  Her tongue flicked in and out of mouth a few times.

"Maybe we can be friends."
She said with a smile and removed her hand to listen to Fallon play the song to her.  She swung her little legs back and forth with the rhythm and bobbed her head, enjoying the song.  She liked it and closed her red eyes.  Her hair turned to a tranquil harmonize pink, the color of happiness and love.  Her hair often changed with her mood and this was no exemption.  She had no control over this one part of her mutation yet.  But it didn't matter, it made her unique.
As Fallon began to sing to the song, Charity's smile grew, rocking her head to the rhythm.  She really liked this song.

"You're really good.  Like really really good Fallon.  Can you teach me?  I promise I won't break it or anything.  No one has ever taught me how to play an instrument and it looks so easy.  You make it look like so much fun.  Can you teach me? Please?"  Charity asked, her tongue flicking out again rapidly.  Her hair turned back to it's normal blonde shade then to a bright hyper orange before back to yellow.  If Fallon hadn't caught on yet, she surely would now see it changed with her mood.
((OOC: I'm assuming you're singing the lyrics))

Fallon sighed. ''Most mutant's parents can't handle their children. You're lucky, Meers. You remember.'' She muttered and yanked her hand away from Charity's. ''Don't touch me. I'll hurt you.'' The rumble in her throat made it sound like she growled when really the roughness of her voice was caused by the tears that threatened to make their way out of her eyes.

''We could be friends but...you may not see me much. I don't really hang out with people that much.'' Fallon was singing the song with a small smile for music always comforted the young woman. Ending the song, she raised her eyebrow at the constant change of Charity's hair. Obviously changing it according to her mood. Listening to the over excitement of the girl, Fallon inwardly groans. She's very hyper...She noted and sighed. ''I taught myself. It's not that easy...Trust me. I don't even know where to start to teach you. Yeah it's fun...'' Sighing, she began to think about it and realized that nothing bad come out of it except a major headache. ''You need to get a guitar...No one touches my instruments. Kay? and then you'll need to get some guitar books. Like...how to learn from them? I assume you like reading so these books will be perfect for you. Then..when you feel you're ready to play guitar...practice daily for an hour.'' She explained whilst listening to the wind.

''Meers...If you do this, you dedicate yourself to music. You got to feel the music inside of you whenever you hear a simple song. When you're out and about and hear the slightest taps, you'll feel it...the music coming out of it. It's everywhere..Music is in the wind that blows through trees, the voice of the birds...Everywhere. You will get frustrated and your fingers will hurt when you grow calluses but that's the whole part of the process.'' Fallon spoke gently as the music from her headphones pulsed against her neck and almost into her blood making her calmer and calmer.

Charity noticed when Fallon pulled her hand away and frowned.  She didn't know.  But when Fallon declined to teach her and told her she had to buy a guitar and books to learn, she seemed very upset.

"I don't have money for those things.  Also it's Charity not Meers.  I don't like being called by my last name since my parents didn't want me.  Why should I keep their last name?"  She spoke, her hair was bright red with that last part before going back to blonde.

"Sorry about my hair... I can't control that part yet...It changes with my mood."  She explained.  she listened to Fallon talk about the music becoming life and smiled.  It would give her something to do, a purpose besides being a freak of nature as some had called her.  As Fallon explained about how long it would take and how her fingers would hurt, she looked at her own hands and smiled.  She adhered to walls, so she didn't think that playing a guitar would really affect her hands.

"If I learned how to play, I think it would give me a purpose Fallon.  Something to do every day besides reading on the ceiling and being alone.  It's very boring when no one wants to play with you because your hair changes color along with your skin.  They call me a chameleon."  He tongue flicked out slightly at the last word.  "But Chameleons don't have red eyes... or snake tongues... I guess I am a freak."

Charity paused for a moment and looked up at Fallon with a childish glee suddenly.
"Could you buy me a guitar and books to learn from?"
