Skye sat at the lounge mid afternoon staring through the window to the outside thinking.  Wearing a simple outfit, her eyes shut tightly.  She had had a few days to think over many things.  She was grateful for being welcomed to this place, but after meeting Chris, going out to practice her powers and getting control, she found herself wondering if this was the place for her.  She no longer had to wear sunglasses to cover her bright yellow eyes that still shinned like a dulled flash light.  Her wrist cuffs unfortunately still were attached but it was painful to remove them.

Her hair still trickled electricity and she still couldn't be touched by anyone other than those who were gifted with electricity powers.  She longed to be able to touch someone without electrocuting them.  She didn't feel like she was on the same page as most of the others were.  Yes, she could see why they hated humans, she did.  She hated them for what they had done to her.  The experiments, the torture.  But they couldn't all be bad.  Could they?  she was just unsure.  So many things went through her mind.  As  she thought, a small trickle of electricity began to grow in her right hand unconsciously.  It grew in size, changing colors to white, yellow and blue.  then, released itself at the window and shattered the window.  Glass flew everywhere and the sound was thunderous.  She had unleashed a lighting bolt in a ball at the window all while thinking about her life.

"Fuck." She shouted and began to remove pieces of glass from her arm.

Dorian was laying on the couch in the living room with nothing but a grey tank top and light blue shorts. No shoes. He was at home after all. He had a book resting on his face, the book was called "Mutants Humans Association." It was about both species getting along. Dorian was intrigued. Intrigued on who would be STUPID enough to think that mutants, the more powerful, be equal to the god fearing HUMANS. Dorian picked up the book and wrapped it in air pressure, crushing it, making his ears pop in the process. Dorian sighed and laid back on the sofa when the noise of thunder erupted from the room next to the living room. After a split second, he heard a window break. "What the hell?" Dorian said wrapping a mini vortex around his hand and cautiously walking into the lounge with no armor than a relaxed outfit. He walked into the room and jumped. It was Skye. That girl that he and Neal recruited. Dorian jumped and the wind escaped its vortex form, making papers fly, objects hit the walls and Dorian, fly out another window, making that one break too

When the second window exploded, Skye jumped again.  She hadn't finished digging the glass out of her arm, and quickly shielded herself from any more glass.  A book came close to hitting her along with some papers that flew out her window. She looked over and saw Dorian and frowned.  Almost as if she had caused it and not him.

"Scared the hell out of me."  Was all she said and went back to grabbing pieces of glass out of her arm.  When she finished, she let out a big sigh and looked back outside.  Almost as if nothing happened.  She didn't seem to care that her arms were a bit bloody from the glass, or that Dorian was in the room with her.  It took her a couple of seconds before she turned and started to grab papers that were on the floor in an effort to clean up.  Of course her arms still dripped blood, so it wound up staining most of the papers.

"Hell of a way to greet someone."  Skye said sarcastically and looked at Dorian with bright eyes.  they seemed to glow even brighter now that she was startled.
