In car with Logan
Scott was hoping it would stay silent. Or Logan would throw a snarky comment his way. Rag on him. Yet at the same time he really hoped they could just pretend the other didn't exist. Last he needed was Logan going I told you so...then again he also felt he deserved it. He wasn't liking how often his thoughts traveled to scattered memories, that fight, fights with Logan, and demeaning himself. He sighed as he turned right and noticed that Jason and Loika's car was right behind his. He knew where he was going as jean spelled it out clear enough a simpleton could have found it...probably with their eyes closed.
"She is also the injured one so try not to let her get riled up or move too much when you get her. Women get more dangerous when they aren't feeling well or injured." He said without any insult meant.
Honestly thinking about Jean at the moment. She was living proof of that. Even worse before Dark Phoenix and Phoenix were locked away.
"Its your call who does what...your calling the shots Logan. Whatever you decide goes. Deal?" He fell silent and shook his head. Eyes on the road ahead of him He wasn't used to Logan breaking silence...more used to him initiating it. He should admit he was wrong. That he missed him but he doubted he could bring himself to do that. After a few more moments he spoke again.
"So do you plan to pull one of your reckless stunts and join me up front? Or am I acting as the chauffer as part of much deserved compensation to you and others?" He asked without any malice and an almost joking tone from start but more noticable near the end. He kept driving the way he was supposed to go.
