Where are you? (Neo)

Thana had come home, dealt with what needed to be dealt with and wanted to speak with Neo privately. She didn't like Magneto but had to obey him as one of the Brotherhood members, such was life. She went downstairs and outside to the concrete area and sat, doodling with a piece of chalk on the ground and drawing randomly on it.

Thana didn't have much else to do at the moment, apart from maybe Jake and Lokiith. But Lokiith had pointed a gun to her head on their last meeting so she wasn't sure where they were at. Jake...well Jake was a different story, and something she had to think about. Not thinking about loving him of course, but had to think about whether she was ready to move on, not from him but take the next steps. She sat and sighed, wondering where Neo got to.

Neo had finished his errand the other day with Big Brother Kelly. No matter what anyone, even the cool guy said, he was going to always refer to him as that. He tried to ignore everything and spent time in the training room. Always getting his ass kicked but he was becoming stronger in his defensive and protection measures. He seemed to be holding himself back whenever he tried to be offensive. Beyond that time in central park...he'd never used his gift offensively. He moved into the downstairs area again so he could think. Hugging himself as he still blamed himself. He never showed his pain or sorrow around others. Always kept the positive to the front and the other to the back. He learned that crying about it or hurting wouldn't get you anywhere.

Thana stay sitting outside, and kept drawing away on the ground. Where was Neo? She wanted to speak to him but couldn't see him or find him. Was he mad as well? Mad because she had fought with Shikon? Tentatively and without even thinking she rubbed her wrist, the one Shikon had originally broken. It was almost healed now, almost fully .

Neo was crying and hugged himself tightly. He headed outside and sniffled. Glad there was no plants around. Or anyone else. Suddenly he heard the sound of drawing and crept towards it. Moving and sat down beside Thana and looked away. "I'm sorry..." He said softly. Just those two words as he wiped away the tears. He fell silent. There was a couple feet between them. He was covered in bruises from getting beat up by the training room programs whenever he hesitated when it came to offensive. He didn't react to it though. Looking down. Waiting for Thana to speak now.

Thana looked over at Neo, "Don't be sorry." She said softly, gently turning so they were sitting back to back. "I'm sorry I left." Thana said to him, not sure what else to say. "You okay?" She asked, hoping he was okay, he was covered in bruises. He must of been training, she knew that no one was picking on him. Except maybe Lakai, but she wasn't beating him up she was sure of it.

Neo looked at Thana as she spoke. "It's because your not used to so much and had to worry about me. Right? I am sorry I wasn't stronger so you didn't have to feel I was a liability." He said softly. "I'm much stronger in defensive and protective uses of my abilities. Big Brother Shikon's taught me more control and I've grown stronger in my ability. I need to learn control over the mind part of it though." He said hoping that it would make her feel better. Hugging onto her tightly. On the clothes. "You make nice with your boyfriend?" he asked softly.

Looking at her as she spoke. "Huh? Yeah...its like you, Lokith and Shikon say...its just a flesh wound." he said with a laugh and a bright smile. "In this case it really is. I...I am going to get stronger so you won't ever have to worry. I'll...I'll eventually be able to not hesitate in offense but I can guarentee I will be a great defesnive or protection or assistance ally now. So..." he clung to her tighter. "...promise you won't go away again..please? I'll be good but don't go away anymore. You promise...you promised....please." he said. Breaking down crying with his face buried into her shirt on her stomach.

Thana laughed softly, "I wasn't too worried about you, you can defend yourself enough and you had Shikon. I had to do personal things, things you don't need to worry about. I see you are getting stronger, I see that." She said, hugging him back slightly in her own way. "Yeah I made nice with him. Jakey and I are fine. Really good actually."

Thana continued to hug him, and nodded. "I won't leave again, I won't disappear. I promise. Plus I don't think Magneto or Shikon will let me." She mused, laughing softly and looking at him. "You didn't do anything wrong, it was personal stuff for me Neo."

Neo looked at her as she spoke. "I made a new friend named Kas too." he said softly. He listened to her as she spoke to him. Leaning into her slight hug and soaked it up. "I'm glad. You and your boyfriend make a cute couple. I hope I have someone like that some day." he said softly. He doubted it though...he was too abnormal. Too different especially below the waistline. He wasn't going to find someone like that. He already knew that. He listened to her and continued hugging her back. "Shikon is who matters. Ghost man don't." he said seriously. Looking at her a bit. "I know sister Thana better than she knows herself." He said softly.

Laying his head against her shoulder. "I believe you...but I won't let you run away again. I won't...I'll trap you in natures embrace...I won't let you leave again. I want to be able to take care of you and protect or assist you in combat."
