Gotta Buy Parts ~G~

Scott needed to get some parts so he was heading into town. He wore his ruby shades and a leather jacket. Jean pants and a tight shirt underneath it. His wallet in his front pocket and the list he wrote for his benefit as well. His phone slipped into its holster on his belt loop. Parking his car he got out. Locking the door when he got out. Heading inside the mall and began to head to the shop inside. There he would find a tool store that had parts for all kinds of vehicles including planes. As well as many other things.

Thana browsed the aisles, looking for some parts. She wanted to fix up some computer parts, and had to fix up some things that needed general repairs. Plus the occasional do-hickeys that she decided to try make. Smiling she took some supplies up to the counter, and laid them out. Marking things off her hand that she had got. "What are you doing? Building a Jet Plane?"  The man behind the counter teased, Thana only shook her head and smiled.

"Not today, though I see you have the 45X engine in for the jets, very nice. Maybe one day I'll bother getting a plane or jet, gotta use my license sometime." She answered, smiling and putting things on the counter. Fair enough love, and yep got em in yesterday. You seem to know a lot about engines missy.' the man behind the counter put in, to which Thana only smiled again. "Perhaps, I love building and flying. Engines gotta make things tick, and engines don't annoy me. People who know any engines make better talkers. " Thana didn't notice anyone in the store, yet. "Wheres the liquid oil?" she asked the man, giving a friendly smile.

Scott headed inside and smirked a bit as he heard the clerk. He gathered his own items and shook his head a bit. Looking at the engines. He needed a couple of these but he'd probably just get all the parts and build it himself. He walked past Thana and looked to the side. Not saying anything as he grabbed other items nearby. He moved on instinct. Already knowing where everything was. "Next isle over midway second row near the top." he said without even looking at her. His tone serious and collected. He grabbed a few more things and headed towards the exact place he spoke of. He needed more than just liquid oil from down that aisle.

Thana looked up as she heard a familiar voice, .....Scott?? She looked over at him, he was the one who saved her. ''Thanks/" She said, meaning more then the oil whereabouts. She found the shelf but was too short. "Umm Mr Summers...can you get it? I'm too short." She said politely, last time she saw him she was trying to punch his lights out between passing out.

Scott added more items to his basket. Nodding his head as he responded a bit. "You're welcome." he said. Grabbing some of the higher up parts and was minding his own business when that voice of the girl spoke to him again. Mr Summers? He hadn't ever heard anything stranger than such a polite term coming out of this girls mouth. He looked at her a bit and walked over to her. "Which one?" He asked simply. Looking at the shelves. There was many types and he wasn't sure what she was here for.

Thana watched as Scott came over, and looked up. "The WD40 and the Glisten-shine." She said to him, he must of been surprised she assumed, as she wasn't cussing or trying to knock him out. "Sorry if we got off on the wrong foot, how I was.....I would say its not usually how I am but when I'm like that yeah it is. " Thana admitted, looking at him. Merlin dammit everyone was taller then her! She hoped he would get the things for her, "Why are you here?" Thana asked politely, was he a mechanic at school?

Scott looked at Thana. Grabbing her a WD40 and then looked at the aisle and pulled down the Glisten-shine bottles. Checking their condition then put them back and grabbed further back ones. Handing it over to her and put it basket. Or whatever she was putting stuff in. He looked at her a bit. "What are you talking about? You were injured and afraid. It was nothing. Besides you needed medical attention...and compared to Logan I got off easy." he said with a shrug. His tone said though he felt he deserved it and more. Looking at her a bit sideways. He grabbed some other items he needed. "Isn't that what I should be asking you Thana? Or is it Red?" He said too low for anyone but her to hear. She seemed a lot better then before. That was good. Jean would be glad to know that...shaking his head a bit. "Parts. For the planes. And you?" he said after a moment.

Thana smiled and took the cans he gave her " Believe me, I could give Logan a run for his money if I was conscious ." She said, putting them in her basket. She smirked and shook her head , " either one is fine , but in open areas it's usually Red. And yeah probably , I need some General things for my cars, and I'm fixing up some engines and such and I need to make some new gear."Thana answered ,    having almost everything . " Do you fly the planes or just fix them Mr Summers?"

Scott shrugged a bit and turned to a different area after she had what she had asked for. Moving to the other side of the aisle and grabbed several things. Listening as she answered her question. He handed over a few miscellaneous things to her when she said she was needing it for her cars and engines. He then went back to his own shopping. "Fly them mainly. I'm a pilot. Fixing them is just part of the job or a pasttime." he responded simply after a long silence. He walked up the aisle some as he wasn't much for conversation when sober.

Thana took the things Mr Summers gave her, and smiled to herself as she went and paid for her things. A plan coming to mind. She pulled out a shiny card and swiped it, before stacking it all up in some boxes. Exiting the shop every few minutes with them to put in her car, well truck actually. The bigger engines she would have to lift in to the truck. 

"Hey Bernie I'm bringing the truck around." Thana yelled walking out through the back of the warehouse and drove her truck to the back of the back warehouse and began using a pulley to upload the engines she needed. She heard Scott walking around and heard him stop and look. "Don't worry my other car is a lambourghini." Thana said, sounding like she was joking. "Need a lift? Your not going to be driving that motorbike back now are you? "

Scott looked at Thana as she spoke. Watching her and shook his head. Paying for his items and watched Red yelling at Bernie. He wanted to ask her how things were going but at the same time wasn't sure he wanted to hear a long explaination.She seemed to be doing fine. Wasn't that all he needed to know. He looked at her as she spoke. Laughing a bit though it sounded a bit dry. "I think i should be more worried what a teenager was doing with a lmabourghini." He said with a smirk and an attempt at a joke. "No. I brought the car this time." He said with a shake of his head. "See you later Red. Take care of yourself and your friends." he said as he headed in the opposite direction.
