Hey mister, shes my sister (R)

Loika walked to a cafe with Kelly and Mackenzie. She had agreed to have lunch with her sister. Since Lakai's stay at the mental institution Loika had worried for her mental stability. Everyone in the mutant community wanted her sister dead. Lakai had did bad things but she wasnt a bad person. No matter what she did Loika would always feel responsible. She would always come back and she would always help her baby sister.

She thought about all of this while holding Mackie's hand. Mack's other hand held kelly's. She was glad her little one couldnt read her mind. Everyone else's mind was free game but hers never was. She was glad kelly came with them as well. Mack deserved to see her aunt but Kelly didnt have to come with them. She was still trying to figure him out. At the cafe she looked over menus with Kelly and Mack while they waited for Lakai.

Mackie was gunna see aunty lakai with mommy today. She was super excited. She liked aunty lakai. She did whatever she wanted and nobody cared. She did bad stuff but it was funny..Her mind was real sad though. Sometimes she thought about stuff and it made mackie sad but aunty lakai never said anything even to mommy. 

She held onto mommy and kelly's hands while she chattered away about mr boots and about the students that came to the house and alot of other stuff. She tried to ignore that kelly was thinking about how nice mommy's butt looked in her jeans today. Ew butts. 

At the cafe she looked at the kids menu and colored on it since it was for kids. While mommy and kelly talked she hummed quietly to herself while they waited for aunty lakai.

Lakai pranced down the sidewalk in just another one of her slutty hot topic-esque outfits with her butt.practically hanging out of her skirt. It was her right if she wanted. Murica! She texted as she walked and grinned when guys made comments as she walked by. She knew she was sexy and it felt nice. Also her eye makeup was totally on point today. 

She sashayed up to her sister and niece and made sure to bend over with her ass in kelly's face as she hugged her sister. "Ohhhh i miiiisssed youuuu. Mack is growin like a weed. A normal one not super growing! Oh hi kelly." She stood up and took her seat. "Ugh i am staaarved. Whats good."

Isaac’s intel had pointed him towards a few mutants that caught his interest. Two mutants that were lycanthropes of some sort and the off spring of one of them…a telepath. He needed a telepath for the grand equation. There was Charles Xavier but he was to powerful and most likely not the correct one. The theory stated that this child would be the perfect candidate as a key for the grand plan of taking down the mutant menace. Having the little girl and two other mutants out in the open was something he could not let go.
 

Isaac looked at his tablet and smiled. ”The sentinel will be here any minute. We are sure to have the media campaign ready to counter any dissidence to this out right taking of mutants in public. The story is they are wanted for crimes against humanity and the murder of young girls that were camping.” he said in the back of the van with his men and the dogs that were trained to bring down wolves.  He messed with the helmet he had on his head. All his troops now had the anti-telepathy and mind control helmets now. They would not need to worry about the girl knowing about their plan. But the wolves would prove more difficult. They had experience with the MRD, they knew the scent of their scent conceilor. It would only be a matter of time till they detected them. The vans pulled over outside of the café and troops started to jump out with their guns drawn. People started to scream and run in panic as the troops ran towards the table where the two sisters and the little girl where. ”We are the MRD we are placing all mutants here under arrest for crimes against humanity and to the great nation of the United States. Please come peaceful Loika or we will use force against you and your child. I will not hesitate shooting her if I must. I have lost a child and I will show no remorse to one that is the spawn of a mutant.” he said raising his gun and pointing it at Mackenzie.  Troops in bear armor started to move forward with dog catchers and guns as well towards the little girl and her aunt and mother.

Loika was helping mack pick something to eat. She smelled them right before they spoke. She remained calm. She pretended to just notice him when he was finished speaking. "Oh mrd we can trust? Wow you guys took up my suggestion for sensitivity training. Kuddos to you." She made eye contact with her sister and noddes. She would know. Neither of them wanted mack back at that place. She ruffled mackie's hair gently and smiled. "Hey mackie,time to play horsie."


Light a light she suddenly changed into a large wolf, her clothing fell to the ground. Mack knew what to do and hopped on her back. She frightened some of the other cafe customers and a few screamed. A couple ran. She used the chaos to her advantage and bolted down the sidewalk with mack on her back. Her sister would either save her own as or some with them. Ahe hoped for the latter. 

Mackie giggled at aunty lakai being naughty. She didn't care what anyone said or did. She even showed her underoos. Mackie would never do that. She loved aunty lakai but she didn't like listening in her head. Aunty lakai's mind was a dark and scary place. It was a rubix cube without all of the pieces. 

She looked up when mommy tensed up. She scowled at the bad man. She couldnt hear his mind. Mommy was the only brain she couldnt hear. Thia made mackenzie very grumpy. How did he do that? 

She hopped on mommy's back like a big furry horsey and held on while mommy ran. She had done this plenty of times and knew how to hold on so she wouldn't fall. Mommy wouldn't let her fall anyways. She turned and flew isaac the bad birdie as they rode off.

Lakai looked up after her sister did. She had no where near the grasp on hwr wolf senses that her sister did. She never would. She didnt embrace it as she dis. She glared at the men with their weapons. "Damnit and i was hungry too. Ya'all owe me lunch." She blew them all a kiss before she bent over to reveal the thong under her skirt and also shifted. She ran in mostly the same direction as hwr sister but turned down a different street..the new stooge and his baddies were bad news bears and she wanted no part of it. 

”I have no time for you comedy. Please surrender to avoid future pain and suffering. You are outnumbered and I know how to deal with you. ” said in a cold tone as he glared at the two women.  He wasn’t surprised by the two women shifting into their wolf forms. He was expecting it.  A sick grin came to his face as he watched the wolves run away with the little girl on her mother’s. ”Prepare for interception protocol. They are on the move.” he said over his head set as he pulled his pistol and shot a few shots at Lakai before he went back to the van and grabbed a grenade launcher.  ”You cannot escape your doom.” he said to himself looking at the running wolves.
 
The dogs were released from the vans and a pack of 8 dogs started to chase after Loika. They started to catch up with her nipping at her flanks and trying to pull her down. Isaac took a step forward ready to fire his grenade. If Loika was able to get away from the dogs she was going to be in for a nasty surprise. He had already lost one key I was not going to lose another.  

Loika was running as fast as she safely could with mackie on her back. She heard the barking and snarling behind her. She risked a glance over her shoulder and saw the pack of dogs chasing her. Her yowls of pain echoed down the street when they bit and pulled at her. Any injuries they cause slowly healed. 

One of them bit the muscle of her leg and she almost went down. She kicked out at it while running and it fell into the path of a bike messenger. Ahead of them was a traffic jam. She ran into the traffic jam. The space between cars was small. She used it to her advantage and swung her rear when one of the dogs got too close. She slammed  a few of them into cars and took them out that way. 

"Mack hold on really tight!" She yelled at her. She hopped up on the nearest car. She started running and jumping from car to car in an attempt to get away from the dogs.

Kelly was enjoying this little outing, even if Lakai was invited. The restaurant that Loika picked had so many good choices on the menu, he wasn only half paying attention to the girls' conversation.
Then some guy in a monkey suit came walking over. He saw that look in Lokia's eye that said 'I smell trouble', and before the stranger took notice of him, Kas disappeared. 

He was still hanging around, as nothing more than an inconspicious bit of colorless smoke overhead. He followed the fiasco outside, listening in to the suit monkey giving orders as he let a pack of attack dogs loose to chase after the wolf-shifter sisters. The girls could handle a bunch of puppies..
Kas was a bit concerned with this MRD agent and the heavy ordnance he pulled out of the van behind him. Isaac braced his footing as he was getting ready to fire, and Kelly decided it was a good time to surprise him.

The smoke cascaded down, quickly reforming within the darkness inside the van. Kas reached out and grabbed ahold of the grenade launcher's stock, yanking and twisting with all of his strength in one quick snap. If the Agent was caught off-guard, he could probably take the weapon away. If not, he could at least mess up the intended shot, and possibly re-direct the grenade with his aerokinetics before it exploded. Wouldn't Mr. Agent be pissed if his shot went all wrong and blew up some innocent human by-standers? Oh, that would be funny!

"Coulda swore I heard something about you wantin to take my little neice away.. I wonder, how much do you want a grenade up your tailpipe?"
Who knows, maybe MRD agents got off for that kind of thing..

Only four of the dogs remained. The others were stuck and wedged between cars because of Loika's maneuvering and higher intellect. The four dogs followed the wolf on top of the cars. Scratching their way on to the roofs before they gave chase to her nipping at her the best they could. Over all they were pretty failtastic. They kept trying to attack Loika and the little girl but they stopped running after them before they turned tail and ran. 

Isaac saw his dogs failing at their job. He would need to find other occupations for them or dispose of them later. He did not tolerate failure well. He aimed his grenade launcher so the grenade would impact in front of Loika but a cloud of smoke appeared and grabbed the butt of the launcher sending the grenade flying in a random direction. Thankfully it was just a scent grenade created to knock out mutants with heightened senses of smell. All the humans had to deal with was smelling like a high schooler that just discovered axe body spray. "Your phrase is incorrect. I will be taking your niece. Your resistance brings enjoyment but in the end you will perish like those before you." Isaac responded in a cold voice breaking away from Kelly as the other troops he had back with him turned their guns to point at the aerokentic mutant. 

The street began to fill with the sound that resembled a jet landing. In front of Lokia and the little girl a sentinel landed and towered over the street lights and cars below. It's eyes glowed as it scanned all those around them. "Mutant presence detected. Loika, former mrd subject wolf shifting abilities. Mackenzie, telepathic mutant. Unknown mutant, capabilities unknown.  " the sentinel said in a computer replicated voice. Isaac's lip curled up in a sick and sadistic grin. The wolf could run but he had a sentinel. He would prefer the child alive but as long as he had her DNA the experiment could continue. Kill the wolf, spare the child if you can." Isaac said putting his finger to his head set. The sentinel put out its hands and they glowed. "Prepare for destruction" it said before sending a blast of energy right at the mother wolf and child.

Loika ran from car to car. She looked back after a while and noticed the dogs were gone. She stood on top of a cab and panted to catch her breath. Mackenzie was doing great at holding on. Thats my girl, she thought to herself.

She turned her head back and nuzzled her daughter's leg before hopping off of the cab she was on top of. The cabbie started to get out of his car and yell at her when he realized it was a very large wolf with a little girl. He chuckled nervously and held his hands up like he was showing he was no harm. Loika trotted off down the street.

An explosion cause Loika to jump. A smell made her nose her and made her sneeze. She pawed at her nose to get rid of the smell but she couldnt. She heard a loud boom and looked up at the sentinel. Her ears went back and she whined. The energy blast knocked her back and she tumbled across the sidewalk a few times. She whined and rolled back onto her feet. They were in big trouble. She picked mackie up by the back of her coveralls and ran inside the doors to a mall, carrying mack like a pup.

Mackie held onto mommy's fur and looked around. The dogs were all gone. She couldn't pick up on their thoughts so much anymore. Something scared them away. Mommy was panting pretty hard. She giggled when mommy nuzzled her leg. It tickled. 

Mommy got knocked over by the big robot man and mackie fell down too. Her hands and cheek got scraped up by the sidewalk. She tried to get up and mommy picked her up by her cover alls. The ground was going by really fast. She tucked herself in a ball so it would be easier for mommy to carry her.

Isaac saw the sentinel fire at Loika and the little girl and bit his lip as he saw the wolf and little girl run into the mall. ”Intercept protocol. I do not care about the damage. We have a dangerous mutant on the loose.” he said over his head set as he and a few guards started to run towards the mall.  A few of them stayed behind and pointed their guns at Kelly as one guard tried to put handcuffs on him.
 

The sentinel’s eyes glowed and it moved forward crushing a car and it ripped off the ceiling of the mall like it was a sardine can. ”Mutant in sight. All civilians evacuate the area.” the sentinel said in a robotic voice as people started to scream and run around in panic. The sentinel extended its fingers and fired scent grenades in front of Loika and Mack before it launched heat seeking rockets at the wolf and cub. Isaac appeared with his guards and they proceeded to  open fire with tranq darts at the wolf.

Loika's nails gave her no help at all when it came to running on the slick floor of the mall. She slid across the floor while she tried to navigate her way through the now panicking crowd. She knocked over a cupcake kiosk while trying to dodge the panicking crowd.

The roof was torn off of the building. This asshat would stop at nothing to catch them? She was desperate to get Mack out of here safely. She ran for one exit and the scent grenades blocked her off. She pivoted on her back legs and turned for another exit only to be cut off by a rocket blast. They were surrounded by MRD squads. She yelped when a dart hit her haunches. She growled and snapped at Guards that tried to move it but she was starting to feel slugging. She panted heavily from all of the running. With the last of her energy she barked at the guards to stay back from them.

Kelly lingered for a moment, listening to orders given by the Agent who was apparently in command of the operation. It was interesting to hear the Sentinel this Agent had brought had no data on him. Little favors! Apparently his 'friends' had been successful in clearing all of MRD's records on him and his now-dissolved family.. or he had simply been laying low long enough they cycled him out of the system. 

As one of Isaac's men flashed a pair of handcuffs, he snapped. Kelly changed forms violently, creating a concussive blast-back effect as he went from solid to gaseous and escaped the men that thought they had him restrained.


Kas saw the Sentinel tearing off the roof of a building, in persuit of his people. He dropped from mist-form, appearing just over the dreaded machine's head and coming down on top of it, trying to surprise it. An airspeed-augmented punch managed to knock one eye out, though even as he did that and the machine kept on attacking who it had been pointed at like nothing had happened, he realized it was a waste of time. The machine had been ordered to do something, and that is what it would do.


He went mist-form again and flew inside the mall, making it to Loika as she was finding herself cornered and wearing down fast. Already, he could tell there were tranquilizers hitting her bloodstream as her breathing and heartbeat began to slow.

The wind began to roar as Kas appeared out of seemingly nowhere between Isaac and his men, standing over Loika and Mackenzie. Like hell this was happening again! He gave them a glance to see if either was seriously hurt before turning his attention front.

He started to focus on the bodies of the men before him, which still left the bigger threat of the Sentinel, but he wagered they would need the men on the ground to take away live prisoners.. maybe if he could stop one, they could get away from the other? At least he could do something about the organic attackers, and anything was worth a try at this point.

Kas bore down on the men with a force of crushing pressure, turning the air effectively into the deep of the ocean, and leaving one little bubble of calm in the middle for himself and the people he was protecting to stand in. Screw the civilians. They could run or die; he didn't care which.
Even had some of the MRD brought environmentally-contained safety gear to withstand the suffocation; the oppressive weight on them would leave them mired in the air, and likely unable to move.

"You missed the most dangerous one, dumb fuck."
He said to Isaac, keeping the pressure on. How long could most humans hold their breath while having it crushed out of them? The MRD Agent had about that long to think of his next play.

Isaac’s face was covered in a sick twisted grin as he watched the mother wolf dodge the rocket fire and get hit by the tranq darts and started to slow. ”If you wouldn’t have resisted this would have been much easier but you are just a stupid animal, letting your feral instincts rule you. I will need to change that as I have changed many of you monstrosities in the past.” he said in a cold cruel voice as his men surrounded the she wolf and pup. Soon he would have the telepath and her dna and he would be one step closer to perfecting the ultimate weapon to bring the mutant race to extinction. He would have justice for his dead wife and child.
 

Suddenly a man appeared out of the air and Isaac let out a growl. ”Damn it, damn it….” he was able to let out before he couldn’t breathe.  He had training to deal with this but it was difficult. Being crushed and suffocated at the same time. Some of his men fell to the ground wheezing as the shot bullets at the mutant.  Isaac however fought the pressure and moved his hand over to a button on his wrist gauntlet and pressed it. The sentinel’s eyes…well eyes that remained glowed as they turned their attention at Kelly. ”Priority changed. Executing destruction protocol; Mutant unknown, abilities of Aerokinesis and Sublimation adapting strategies to counter powers. Hostile mutant prepare for detainment or destruction.” the large robots said in computer synthesized voices. One of the sentinels moved its arm downward sweeping Isaac and the rest of the MRD guards out of the pressure vacuum while the other pointed its fingers at Kelly and fired precise blasts of energy at the hostile mutant.

Everything was moving slow for loika. Her legs couldnt hold her up anymore. She tried to hold herself up so that she wouldnt hurt mack but she went down hard. She made an angry howl but it sounded more like a pained roar. At least she didnt hurt mackenzie. 

She laid on her side breathing deeply and heavily. She was vaugely aware of what was happening but she did have enough mind to nuzzle mack. "Run baby girl. Get out of here and hide." She said and nudged her away as her eyes closed. 

Kas watched and noted as the Agent pressed a button on his wrist and remotely redirected the Sentinel to deal with the only hostile target left.

He let the vacuum drop off as the giant metal man swept up the MRD scumbags, and refocused on gathering up layers of light-refracting air density, creating as much sheilding as possible around himself, Loika, and Mackie. 

Loika was slipping away from them into unconciousness, and that left just him and Mackenzie. He might be able to keep the Sentinel occupied, now that it was centering its attack patterns on him exclusively.

"Listen to your mother, Mackenzie!" he tried to back her up, since that was her choice. Strategically, it might be the better choice. Mackie was a resourceful kid, and she might have a chance at getting back to the Institite or someone capable of keeping her hidden.

Kelly had never really been much for standing there and taking shit. He was a more evasive, tactical fighter.. but he very well couldn't dodge the Sentinel's attacks, and just leave the people he was protecting open.

He'd weathered explosives going off around him, and the aftermath of the Phoenix tearing shit apart as its evil malicious asshole of a host lost all control over it- and lived through that much. He could only hope it was all enough as he saw the bright light of the energy blasts coming at him.

Mackie cried and hugged mommy's big wolfy head. Daddy was already gone she didn't want to loose mommy too. She glared at the men who dared come close to mommy. "You can't breathe  you bastards. Gasp all you want but you cant breathe." She said in a cold voice while looking them in the eyes. She was pushing the thoughts into thier heads and telling them what they now believed as truth. She grinned like the cute little lollipop dipped in psycho that she was. Her plan was working until one of the MRD shot her with one of the darts. One of the men scouped her up and radioed he had mackie. 


Exit moi

Isaac and the soldiers stood up once they were out of the vacuum. Isaac pulled his gun and started to fire at the mutant that had tried to kill him but to no avail. One of the sentinels began to fire blasts at the mutant but something was interfering with them. He would need to update their programs accordingly with the new information he would have at his disposal. A blast crashed into the ground in front of Kelly sending flying back under a small pile of rubble.
 
The director motioned for his soldiers to move forward and they did. 4 went to grab the little girl who suddenly seemed to become another person. Most of them were wearing the helmets that were based off of the helmet worn by magneto so they were immune to her mind powers. However one had been stupid and did not put his helmet on at the start of the mission. ”Damn it Russell! Get away from her!” he shouted before he fired a tranq dart at the girl. Once everyone was incapacitated, Isaac walked forward as the sentinels grabbed Mackenzie and the wolf girl. ”Leave him. He is dead anyways.” he said in a cold voice before he turned around and started to walk away.
