Weaknesses: Lack of Social Skills, as far as human culture is concerned. Dry air reduces his strengths and his ability to breath.
Family: Mother (Homo Sapiens Superior - Mermaid) Father (Homo Mermanus AKA Atlantean) both are alive in Atlantis. His mother's Mutation prevented her from living on the surface. His father was an Atlantean Nobleman. he has several siblings, brothers, sisters, and other siblings.
History:
Manaan was born when the Ocean was cold, on the holiday that the Humans used to call Mother's Night. He grew up in a Noble Family. When he became a Warrior for his people, they ran a genetic screening on him. They determined that he was just as much Human Mutant, as he was Atlantean. He knew this of course, and knew it in his heart. He fought in battles for the Atlanteans, supporting the King when one of their own family tried to betray the royal family.
He earned the rank and status in that battle, including saving the life of the King. The King offered him a gift of his choosing. He wanted to see the Surface World. The King Warned him that the Surface World were Bigots, but his mother assured him that not all were like that.
The King Swore him to secrecy about Atlantis and the Atlanteans, and told him to check in at least once per the moon being full.
Manaan's first encounter with humans was not a good one. He discovered that in the dry air, he could not function as well. He asked for help, but that first interaction with humans was not good. His second interaction with humans was even worse, it was the MRD. The MRD keeps him locked up in a cell filled with water. He spends his time meditating, biding his time. He is an extremely good combatant, and a battle tested warrior.
He knows that eventually he will see the weakness, or the perfect chance to create one in his cell. Even with the X Inhibitor Collar, he is still a Warrior. It has been 52 Moons since he checked in with Atlantis. For 52 Moons, they have tortured him and he has not said a word, not even a name. He is just waiting.
