Loika is around 5"5 and lean muscled. She has Black hair and piercing blue eyes. She usually wears ripped jeans ( shes been on the run with limited money), an old tshirt, and a hoodie. She has a pair of old converse shoes but she rarely wears them. She has a barcode tattoo on the back of her neck from a lab that kept her. Her thin body is covered in scars that she hides under her clothes.
Personality: Loika was raised in a lab with limited human interaction unless it was to test her. She tries hard to interact normally but she doesnt always understand or know what to do. She is skiddish around people and large crowds. She fears small spaces, needles, any kind of medical equiptment, and doctors.
Abilities: Loika became able to shift to a wolf when she hit puberty. She can become a wolf inside and out. When she shifts it takes alot of energy so she can become tired if she shifts back and fourth frequently. She also has to eat alot of food, especially protein in order to keep up her strength. Like a wolf she can run fast ( in or out of wolf form), heal quicker than normal, and her temperature/ heartbeat is high like a wolf's. When she shifts, her clothes dont stay on her, so when she comes back to human she needs to find clothes.
Mutations: None at this time, shes tried to shift to other animals but she cant hold the form long. with training she could learn to shift to other animals.
Strengths
and Weaknesses: Loika is not good at trust. Shes been hurt alot by people in her short life and does not develop trust well. Shes never attached to anyone before either. She must eat alot of protein. Raw meat is really the only thing she gets nutrients out of. She can eat some bread but it isnt recomended. Vegetables make her vomit. Shes tried and cant eat them. Chocolate she is allergic to. If she eats it she could die.
History:Loika was actually born to a very rich family in Montana. Her father
bred and raised show horses while her mother showed in professional show
jumping. On her twelve birthday her parents threw her a party. All the
cool kids from school were there. Including the cutest boy at school. he
was a couple years older than her but All the girls wanted to be his
girlfriend. Loika was excited when he asked if he could talk to her
alone. She thought he was asking her out. He did kiss her, and tried to
go further. When she pushed him away and slapped him, he hit her and
knocked her to the ground. As she attempted to stand up, she felt a
sharp ripple of pain rip through her body. The next thing she knew she
was chasing him the boy down. Before she had even realized what she had
done she had mauled him. She shifted back to human form naturally and
sat in her yard crying and covered in blood. The party looked on from
inside the house, terrified of the beast she had become.
After that
her parents sold her to a research lab. They couldn't handle the scandal
and unwanted attention of having a mutant for a daughter. They paid
settlements to keep families quiet and keep newspapers away. All
evidence of Loika dissapeared. It was as if she was never born.
For a long time, loika wished she wasnt. She was tested on endlessly for
4 years until she finally escaped when while a lab tech was cleaning
her cage. She had forgotten how to walk upright since she was kept in a
crate just big enough for her wolf form, so she stayed in wolf form for a
long time. She eventualy relearned as she traveled. She mostly wandered
around Canada. The lab continues to hunt her.
